His focus on aligning compliance, business goals, and evolving customer needs helped build scalable and profitable growth models.

    A firm believer in the power of people and technology, Peeush combines strategic foresight with hands-on leadership, mentoring teams, strengthening customer acquisition, and enhancing profitability through digital enablement and disciplined execution.

    At Decimal, he continues his mission to create banking solutions that empower customers, inspire teams, and deliver sustainable value across the BFSI ecosystem.

He has also worked at Accenture, Infosys, GE Capital, Innoveer Solutions, and Sonata Software.
