Peeush Jain brings nearly three decades of leadership experience across the banking and financial services industry. Before joining Decimal, Peeush served as Senior Vice President at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank & LVB, where he spearheaded retail liabilities, digital banking, and alternate channel strategies. His focus on aligning compliance, business goals, and evolving customer needs helped build scalable and profitable growth models.

A firm believer in the power of people and technology, Peeush combines strategic foresight with hands-on leadership, mentoring teams, strengthening customer acquisition, and enhancing profitability through digital enablement and disciplined execution.

At Decimal, he continues his mission to create banking solutions that empower customers, inspire teams, and deliver sustainable value across the BFSI ecosystem.

Yasas Kalki is the President of Sales – India. Having 25+ years of industry experience, he spent 12 years at Salesforce, achieving outstanding sales performance and building strong client relationships in the Enterprise business. He has also worked at Accenture, Infosys, GE Capital, Innoveer Solutions, and Sonata Software.
