Strategy Development

  • Partners with Senior IT leaders to lead the technology infrastructure strategy & Execution
  • Provide infrastructure services vision & strategy, enable innovation and seek to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company’s digital vision and expectations.
  • Own, manage and implement projects that support the development of the group infrastructure strategy

IT Infrastructure

  • Accountable for all Infrastructure solutions and services across Cloud , network and security services.
  • Ensure best in class global delivery practices to fulfil availability requirements and cost effectiveness, Building or managing the devOps and devSecOps pipelines
  • Assess and introduce latest innovations in the IT Infrastructure space to the business.
  • Lead the formulation, implementation and monitoring of IT service level agreements across the group for IT Infrastructure services
  • Hands-on technical depth led direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.
  • Design and deployment of comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations
  • Develop a single cohesive strategy for the delivery of cloud and data centre services by leveraging optimal cloud delivery models

Security

  • Establishing the right security and governance practices.
  • Real-time analysis of immediate threats, and triage when something goes wrong.

What you need to succeed in this job ?

  • MS or BS/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college.
  • Experience with containers and their orchestrations using Dockers, Kubernetes and devOps Process.
  • Exposure on Cloud Tools (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience in Performance Management of Servers and Storage, Databases, Applications: tuning and optimization.
